COVID-19 Consideration

Should CSSP cancel its in-person workshop as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, CSSP will switch to a virtual event. At that time we will refund $300 of your registration fee, the balance being applied for the virtual event.  Please contact Jo Davis at [email protected] for further information on how to receive your partial refund or to donate the refundable portion of your registration fee to CSSP as a tax deductible donation. These donations will be used to support future internships with CSSP, as well as our Chat and Office Hours sessions. 

Cancellations and Refunds


We understand that occasionally other responsibilities and personal obligations prevent you from attending a program for which you have registered. If you find that you will not be able to attend the meeting, we encourage you to send a qualified substitute. Substitutions can be made at any time at no additional charge, even on-site at the meeting.

If you find it necessary to cancel after you have already paid, we can refund your conference fee (less a $70.00 USD processing fee) if we receive notice in writing on or before one month prior to the first day of the workshop. Registrants who cancel within less that one month from the first day of the workshop will not be eligible for any part of a refund. (Please note that refunds can only be issued to the credit card that was used for the initial transaction.)

The conference management office must be made aware of all substitutions or registration transfers in writing; email notification is preferred.
